The Development Plan for the District comprises the Amended Core Strategy (adopted 7th March 2019) and Allocations & Development Management (adopted 16th July 2013) Development Plan Documents. These are the main documents used to assess planning applications. Please note that a range of Supplementary Planning Documents providing additional guidance on specific issues, such as affordable housing and developer contributions and planning obligations, will be produced over time to help implement the Development Plan.
