Preface
The Local Plan is a very important document to protect those aspects of the area in which we live that we value, and aims to provide the housing and employment we need to enable people to enjoy a high quality of life in the Chester area. It provides for a careful balance between the many conflicting demands in a fair manner and properly reflects the wishes of the many people and organisations who engaged in its development during the long period of its development.
